The three day convention seeks to bring together people, organizations, and networks to elaborate and work on the question what does the concept of Enabling mean in various contexts and domains of (game-changing) innovation. Doers, Thinkers, Creators, Citizen and Change-makers will explore questions, such as:

## How are enabling, knowledge creation, and innovation related?

## What does enabling mean in the context of social innovation/entrepreneurship, and game-changing innovation?

## Is hip architecture and cool design enough for an enabling work environment?

## How can we integrate different dimensions of so-called enabling spaces, such as a social space, an emotional space, a cultural space, a technological space and of course a physical space?

## Can the so-called Creative Economy enable the Old Economy through meta-enablers such as innovation labs, creative clusters, consulting networks, or media co-ops?
